One month ago, our city was still reeling from the
devastating blow that the Waldo Canyon Fire left upon our neighbors in the
western part of our city. It has been wonderful to see how everyone has come
together to help these families get back on their feet.
With all the somberness of this disaster, it surely makes
you count your blessings as well as consider the ways we support our neighbors
when they face tragedy. I thought it would be fitting for the ladies in my July
Stamp Class to be able to make Sympathy and Get-Well-Soon cards.
